"I don't think this is Eastside. Eastside was a single story according to my mother. My father attended there in the 1930's."

"This was called "East Side". But that school is long gone and the on East Side school that exists today is a one story building."

"This was the old East Side, the Tomato Bowl now sits on this location. The "new" East Side (a single story building) opened around the fall of 1937 on Ft Worth St and is still operating as a K through 4th grade elementary school."
