We learn from the Texas Christian Advocate, that the Methodist Conference, of Eastern Texas, was held at Marshall, commencing on the 21st, and ending on the 27th ult. The important business of the session was harmoniously conducted, and the preaching was attended with numerous penitents and converts. The following are the appointments for the Eastern Districts:
